[Hatchet-users] RIP patch for 0.7.1

Hi folks-

Sorry for the utter lack of progress towards 0.7.2.  In the meantime, 
here is a patch to fix RIP regex in 0.7.1.  If you've experienced "day 
out of range" errors, there's at least a decent chance this patch will 
fix the problem.
