[Hatchet-users] README.chroot bug

Francois Cassista just pointed out that README.chroot should mention 
the chroot copy of hatchet.conf.  The online version has been updated 
to reflect this, and the next version of Hatchet should contain this 
fix.

The missing parts:

 > mkdir -p /var/www/etc
 > cp /etc/hatchet.conf /var/www/etc/
