[Hatchet-users] Hatchet OpenBSD Port (and 0.9)

I've updated Hatchet and rolled a port for OpenBSD.  It has been
reworked to use mod_perl inside the OpenBSD chroot, by default.  This
makes for a very simple installation that I think everyone will
appreciate.  In the name of simplicity, I've also made it the only
documented installation method, but enterprising users can always hack
it to put things where they wish.  The pfstat muck has also been
removed, I think it's better to keep these tools separate.
