After three long years, I've released hatchet-0.9. There are tons of
changes, mostly to the way Hatchet is installed (easy!) and laid out
(clean!). OpenBSD users get the royal treatment as I've also rolled a
port at security/hatchet. For -current users, it's now as easy as:
$ cd /usr/ports/security/hatchet
$ sudo make install
The port should work fine on -release, but you'll need to checkout
ports/databases/p5-DBD-Chart as well.
For everyone else, Hatchet is still easy to install. I've moved
everything inside the default OpenBSD chroot (/var/www), and it uses
mod_perl to make everything faster and chrooted. It loads all the
necessary Perl dependencies when Apache starts, so we no longer need to
copy all the nasty bits inside the chroot.
I made some last-minute changes to some of the aesthetic stuff as well.
Hatchet now has a single page of output... no more frames. I've also
done away with the pfstat stuff which really should stand on its own.
I look forward to your feedback.
Enjoy!
