[NFDB-users] Patch attempt

Hey guys,

I worked on the db a little bit. I've rewritten the trigger insert functions
and the some of the schema. The main thing is that you don't need the have
the maintenance run in order to manage the partitions. There is a local
settings table that stores the number of days back you'd like to keep and
the sql does the rest. I've also updated the application queries to use the
new table structures.
